I was craving this and we had some frozen blueberries and blackberries in the freezer. You can check out the link below for the recipe and directions. I just replaced the butter with Earth Balance Soy Spread. I also didn’t have ginger, so I replaced it with┬ácinnamon, which worked out pretty well.

Fruit Mix

2 pints fresh or frozen blueberries
1 pint fresh or frozen blackberries
1/4 c. sugar
Juice from one lemon
1 Tbls. fresh ginger, grated
3 Tbls. flour

Crumble

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
Pinch of Kosher salt
12 Tbls. butter, softened
