  • 1 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Earth Balance Soy Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg (replacement)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cubes of fancy Bakers Chocolate (no milk ingredients, but is processed in a facility that uses milk)

Simply mixed it all together and baked at 375 for 10-12 minutes. It did cause a reaction in our son, but it was mild. It seemed worth it to have had his first chocolate chip cookie, but I don’t think there is such a thing as a milk free chocolate chip, so we won’t add it to our normal treats list.
